JLCC 2009 Final Preparations

Gents - this post is to allow for any final discussions prior to next Saturday's departure. Colin will be confirming final transport details, whilst everyone else has the challenge of not forgetting anything. A few reminders: wet gear, spare golf shoes, wind resistant umbrella, plenty of golf balls... and maybe suncream?

    Looks excellent, but here's the problem: we tee off at Monifieth on Tuesday at 10.00 and 10.15. Given 4 hours for the round (reasonable), we'll miss the restaurant which stops serving at 2.00. We'll have plenty of time as we don't have to be back in Edinburgh until 6.00ish, so I'll call them and see if there is any flexibility. Unfortunately they are closed Sun/Mon and we're eating in the hotel on the first night.

    sounds like a plan. For a nice big party on a Tuesday afternoon they should be interested...
    And it certainly looks like a good place...good Trip Advisor reviews, which is my travel bible these days...
