Stories from the two ‘Ploughs’ in Cobham this week – the staff at the Plough in Downside apparently walked out on Sunday and worse news at the Old Plough in Stoke D’Abernon where a sign on the door suggests the business has ceased trading.
On the subject of ‘ceased trading’ (Liverpool - nearly) this rather amusing anecdote appeared on our GG Forum last night under the heading Chilean Miners rescued...
“The first task for the Chilean miners after their release is to visit Anfield - to advise Roy Hodgson on how to get out of a big hole before Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
