Any interest in setting up a 2011 Summer Eclectic competition?
If anyone fancies taking part, the rules would be as follows:
1. Competition is based on gross scores
2. Playable on either Burhill course: each is a separate competition
3. Rounds, to count, would have to be minimum 8 holes
4. All holes to be played out: no gimmies
5. Players are responsible for entering their own scores into the spreadsheet
6. Competition to run from Easter until clocks change
7. All participants agree to attend a post-Eclectic dinner with wives

Please note that, following a meeting of the Committee, Rule 3 has been altered: for this competition, only rounds consisting of the full 18 holes are eligible for inclusion.
ReplyDeleteCount me in!
ReplyDeleteShame about 18 holes. not sure about quorate committee
Can I remind those who opted to take part in this competition of Rule 5: you are required to manage your own score entry...so far not much evidence of your brilliance has been entered online...
ReplyDeleteGents - a gentle reminder: it is now July and I am sure that there are some scores that you have failed to record on the Eclectic spreadsheets...
