Gents - the proposal is that we use this section to arrange the following weekend's golf. I shall delete old postings every Sunday evening so that this section stays more or less manageable...

  1. Good Friday sees the annual outing of Team Blundell/Briscoe/Lawrence and Jelfs. This year the format is 4BBB. I think our tee time is around 0900. OK for all?

  3. For good Friday - oh yes please (she said eagerly).

By the way, I was the witness - Roland sweetly struck a 15 foot downhill put on the final hole on Sunday afternoon to clinch victory over Adrian and his father-in-law. saved the best for last....

  4. It's 0902 starting at the 15th, I believe. It's a stableford with best 2 scores on each hole counting, full handicap. I'm looking forward to being carried by you lot. Actually I've not been so well this week, but now at work infecting all around me. But should be Okish for Friday. Monday is a possibility, Roland.

Monday no good for me as am playing in mixed event. Not around Sat/Sun as am in Lavenham.

  7. Gentlemen

I bring you glad tidings. Not only am I still free and am looking for victory on Friday, but I will be armed with my new Ping G10, stiff shafted, oki koki 2000, 100 mph club head speed, 135 mph average ball speed, optimal dispersement, 350 yards no problem, together we can conquer the world, driver. I also really do believe I have a chance now to win the JLC Cup now. You heard it here first!!!
