There is a spreadsheet with the accounts for this year's trip, which can be accessed by clicking here - please note that you will be required to be logged on to the Blog to access
Gentlemen - these accounts have been updated. Could you please each:
1. Confirm that you are happy with these 2. Let me know of any omissions or corrections required
So that I can finalise the numbers.
As of today, the cost came out at £1,047/head being made up of Golf (£357), Transport (£166), Drinks (£37), Food (£192), Accommodation (£279) and Misc (£16). Not sure how this compares to previous years, but it was worth every penny!
Hi Martin, I had a quick look at the accounts. They look good to me. (N.B. I quite like the way your spreadsheet is set up.) No items to add from my side. Regards, Rolf
And by the way, after careful discussion with Robert on the way home from Heathrow, (ie he told me so) it looks like it may be me after Belgium. Only glad I didn't have to be after Nigel, which would have been too tough an act to follow. Relying on Martin to make a right horlicks of Belgium to make me look good - about as likely as me hitting a fairway, Roland getting out of a bunker in less than three, Colin winning JLC.......etc etc etc
Gents - we now have a green light from all bar NB who has noticed that we are missing his drinks bill (the one Adrian tore up...). Awaiting his credit card bill to finalise the accounts... watch this space. Martin
As per email discussion, what should now be the final version of the accounts has been posted at above link.
Resultant payments are:
Roland pays Nigel £449.82 Adrian pays Nigel £41.82 Robert pays Colin £102.39 Robert pays Rolf £246.81 Robert pays Martin £92.63 Robert pays Nigel £115.64

Oi - Morley and Fawcett. Where's my money? I need it to pay my consultant's bill. 30 minute consultation = £385+ VAT. Mr McNally is a prompt payer.
ReplyDeleteSorry Nige, been off message for a while. Do you have some banking details and I'll try this high-falutin' internet banking lark.
ReplyDeleteAnyone planning a game this saturday in need of company?
ReplyDeleteNigel - money transfer in progress this evening! Aren't I modern!
