For example, if my memory serves correct, this weekend is looking tricky:
* Martin is away in France all this week (picture is of Royal Mougins where he playing), back on Saturday evening
* Nigel is away with the family for two weeks
* Colin has a family engagement on Saturday
* Roland is available for golf from 14:07 to 17:33 on Sunday... anyone for 11 holes?
Ho ho...
Saturday is the New Zealand Shield (max handicap 20 - still places available as of tonight).
Sunday afternoon there is a match vs the Artisans for which Martin and Colin have put their names on the list... we'll see if they get picked!
If all else fails, you can always watch the Germans give the rest of the world a lesson on how to play football...
Martin, do you do any work? golf again on a business trip!
ReplyDeleteMight be able to play tommorow but don't anticipate finishing work till
about 7 pm, but could be earlier.Tuesday, Wednesday , thursday and friday late finishes!
Saturday , Isobel's last day at School and leaving do - all day function!
Sunday am cricket, but free from 14.07 till 19.33( not 17.33 as stated) - allowed out longer, so forget about match against Artisans' and come and play with your old mates, and beat the s.......t out of the Germans' on the golf course! - no offence rolf!
Cheeky bugger... I am on holiday this week!
ReplyDeleteI did not know this was a BNP blog... checking out...
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely JLCC country....
ReplyDeletePlayed Royal Mougins - a beautifully maintained course. See www.Royalmougins.fr
Then yesterday Chateau de , in beautiful forest setting. Gary Player course that was in great nick.
Today/tmrw it's the turn of Domaine de Terre Blanche. Will tell more!
Food and wine are all of course excellent, as you would expect.
Martin, Sounds fantastic, wish i were there . Instead, drove to Hammersmith (traffic heavy) caught underground train to City (hot and sweaty as expected). Office a/c not working. Only sandwich bars and second rate coffee shops for any sort of diversion. When do you get back, you are missing so much here?
